| 摘 要： | 利用PLC控制技术完成了自动化立体仓库堆垛机控制系统的硬件和软件设计,并给出了详细的I/O信号,介绍了电气控制系统中采取的安全保护措施;利用组态软件设计了自动化立体仓库的实时监控系统及信息管理系统.结果表明,所设计控制系统性能可靠,有良好的实际应用价值.

| Abstract: | This paper designed the hardware and software of the stacker crane control system of AS/RS(Automatic Storage & Retrieval System) by using PLC control technology,and provided the detailed I/O signal,the safeguard of electric system was introduced;By using configuration software,the real-time supervisory control system and information management system of AS/RS were designed.Results show that the designed of the control system is efficient. |
