| 摘 要： | 基于SolidWorks,使用其模拟功能和动画制作插件Animator,制作了一个精密头架从齿轮啮合直到主轴回转的动态运动过程,并把这个运动过程制作成*.avi格式文件,用诸如Windows Media Player、Re-alOne Player等播放器软件来观看动画。介绍了制作步骤、过程、技术要点及注意事项。

| Abstract: | A dynamic motion process of the precise head stock,which from gear engagement to basic shaft revolution,has been made with simulation function and Animator based on SolidWorks,Animator is a plug-in of SolidWorks.*.avi format file can be produced in order to watch with Windows Media Player or RealOne Player.Manufacturing procedures,courses,technical main points and attention items are also introduced in this paper. |
