| 摘 要： | 为了对功能模块进行合理有效的划分,提出了基于功能流模型的产品功能模块划分方法。通过对产品模块化影响因素和客户需求的分析,利用功能流抽象出总功能,再对总功能进行分解从而建立产品的功能结构,实现产品的功能模块划分。利用功能流对产品的需求分析、功能分解、功能结构以及模块划分进行统一,分析了产品概念设计中的功能模块划分与功能流之间的关系。并结合液压支架的功能模块划分,验证了该方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | A method of product modules partition based on function chain was proposed for modules partition effectively and reasonably.With analyzing the affecting factors of product modularity and customer needs,the total function was constructed by function chain.Total functions were disassembled to establish the product function structure,and the function modules partition of the products was achieved.The customer needs,functional decomposition,functional structure and modules partition were integrated with function chain.The relationship between function module partition in product conceptual design and function chain was analyzed.The feasibility of this method was verified by function module partition of hydraulic support. |
