基于COM技术的开放式数控系统研究

摘    要:为了实现在较高层次上满足数控系统开放性的要求,笔者基于COM技术对数控系统开发进行研究。首先,结合开放式数控系统的特点,笔者建立了开放式数控系统应用层、功能层和设备层三层体系结构,使得对某一层的修改无需涉及其他层的变更,便于系统的开发、维护;另外,基于COM技术语言无关性、接口规范化、模块化程度高等特点,笔者将数控系统的功能模型划分为:人机交互界面、输入数据预处理、刀补预处理、插补运算、轴伺服控制、运动控制、PLC等组件,各组件以插件的方式构成的数控系统,满足开放式数控系统的可互换性,可扩展性,可重构性等要求。最后,利用COM技术实现插补组件为例,验证了COM技术实现开放式数控系统的优越性。

Abstract:For the implement of higher level CNC system,the writer has studied the NC system based on COM technology.Firstly,three layers' system architecture of open CNC system is established,namely application layer,function layer,equipment layer,enabling one layer amend not to change other layers,so as to make the empolder and maintenance of system convenience.In addition,the function model of open CNC system is partitioned by the writer to be man-machine conversation module,input data pretreatment module,compensation pretreatment module,control module and PLC module based on the characteristic of lauguage independent,interface standardization,high modularization of COM technology.All the modules form CNC system as plug-in forms to satisfy the requirement of open CNC system namely interchange ability,expansibility,reconstruction.Finally,the realization of interpolation module using COM technology is studied to test advantage of COM technology for the implement of open CNC system.
