基于CATIA的专用夹具标准件库的研究和实现

针对专用夹具设计中大量重复使用标准件的特点,以VB6.0为开发工具,提出开发基于CATIA的专用夹具标准件库.阐述了该系统的体系结构和主要模块功能,并对系统实现的可行性进行了探讨,给出了实现的方法.最后就系统的使用作了介绍.该系统建立了人机交互的界面,操作方便快捷:将数据和信息集中存放于数据库中,便于维护和管理;同时使标准件的调用实现了参数化,减少了设计中大量重复性的工作,简化了设计,提高了效率.

The Research and Implement of Standard-part Library of Special Fixture in CATIA V5

Aimed at characteristic that many standard parts are repeatedly used in designing special fixture,by taking VB6.0 as the developing tool, standard-part library of special fixture is developed. This paper presents the structure of this system and main function modules. Furthermore, the feasibility about system realization is discussed with the method of the implement. In the end the use of the system is introduced. The system has a man-machine interactive interface, which can be operated easily. Data and information are stored in the database, which can be supervised and maintained easily. And the system can realize parameterization of standard parts mobilizing, reduces many repeating work in the design, and simplifies the design and improves the efficiency.
