摘    要:利用可适应设计理论和方法,文章对传统振动料斗进行了再设计,即机械解耦合和数字化控制耦合,提出了一种更具适应性振动料斗产品平台构造,以适应系列工件和不同材料工件的最佳的输送要求.分析了可适应振动料斗产品平台的解耦式机械结构和工作原理,通过解耦,实现了扭转振动和直线振动的独立控制.通过理论分析和仿真,给出了振动料斗的工作面运动轨迹和振动角的工作空间.在此基础上,成功研制了钕铁硼磁片振动供料器,满足了其对高速、低破损、低噪音等性能要求.

Abstract:Due to short life cycles of products, assembly plants have to be adapted quickly to toth changing products and methods of production. Modularly designed vibratory bowel-feeding systems can play a roll in a solution to this problem. Such feeders are not only flexible in controller but also offer adaptable working vibration platform and screw bowels. This paper describes the development and design of a configurable modular feeding system utilized decoupled principles and product platform concepts. This system consists of vibration platform and adds on modules. The vibration platform includes all modules that are necessary to generate parts movements. The add-on modules include modules to attach container and different tracks, designed for the feeding parts. The interfaces (mechanical bus) between the platform and add-on modules are uniform. The two drive modules provide rotational and linear vibration independently. Composite motion of the feeding parts is working in line by the fact that two control systems for both the magnitude and phase can be changed independently. The real experiment plant is built and tested for some breakable magnet parts.\=
