基于USB总线的数控雕刻机控制系统设计

摘    要:根据数控系统的典型插补功能,设计了一种基于USB传输的单片机控制的数控雕刻机,通讯接口芯片采用Philips公司的PDIUSBD12和ATMEL公司的AT89S52,将各种插补运算放在PC主机软件程序内,利用高级编程语言来完成,系统开发成本低廉,可靠性高,适用范围广,有效地提高了加工精度和效率。

Abstract:An NC carving machine based on USB using single-chip microcomputer control is designed according to NC system's typical interpolation function.PDIUSBD12(Philips Company) and AT89S52(ATMEL Company) are used in the communication interface.Interpolation operations are completed with advanced programming language in the programmes of PC host software.The system is low-cost,highly-reliable and can be widely applied.The machining precision and efficiency can be improved effectively in this system.
