高精度偏置内抛物面的数控加工方法

摘    要:针对偏置内抛物面零件加工精度不高的问题,根据偏置抛物线数学模型,编制直线逼近抛物线粗加工宏程序;根据圆弧逼近抛物线数学模型,编制圆弧逼近抛物线精加工宏程序。在FANUC0i数控车床上进行加工,并与在相同条件下,直线逼近法对比验证,结果表明,采用圆弧逼近抛物线法进行精加工,将内抛物面零件的尺寸精度提高两个公差等级,表面粗糙度提高到0.4μm,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the machining accuracy of offset inner paraboloid parts is not high,According to the mathematical model of the offset parabola,Compilation of linear approximation parabolic rough machining macro program;According to the mathematical model of parabolic approximation,Compiling arc approximation parabola precision machining program,Machining on FANUC 0i NC lathe,And under the same conditions,the linear approximation method is compared with the verification.The results show that the arc approximation parabola method is used to finish machining,Raising the dimensional accuracy of the inner paraboloid parts by two tolerance grades,Surface roughness is increased to 0.4μm,It has high practical value.
