摘    要:根据市场的需要,研制成功了用于平板玻璃刻花的四轴联动加工中心。该加工中心的集成控制系统采用分层、开放式体系结构,包括路径规划层、控制层和执行层。路径规划层采用自行开发的离线自动编程系统,控制层采用基于SERCOS伺服现场总线的数控系统,执行机构包括高性能的交流伺服系统、冷却水泵等,经试验,玻璃刻花加工中心的最高加工速度达到9.09m/min,加工精度达到0.005mm,其性能已达到了国外同类产品的水平。

Abstract:According to market requirement, we have developed the first Glass Engraving Machine Center (GEMC) utilizing five axes with four coordinated domestically. The integrated control system of GEMC includes path planning, CNC system and execution mechanism. Path planning is realized by an offline automatic programming system which we developed independently, and the CNC system is based on SERCOS servo field-bus. The fastest operation speed of GEMC can reach 6000mm/min, meanwhile the accuracy is within 0.02mm. Experiments show that its performance can fulfill the duty of practical glass processing.
