摘    要:开放式体系结构的数控系统以及高性能多轴控制器是CNC系统的发展方向.文章深入研究了以高处理能力的数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心的多轴控制器的实现方案.文章研究的基于DSP的轴控制器,利用DSP强大的处理能力来实现多轴控制器高精度的、实时加工的处理要求.

Abstract:Open architecture CNC and high-performance motion controller are becoming mainstream technology in CNC system. A project for multi-axis servo control based on the digital signal processor (DSP) with the high-performance processing capabilities has been lucubrated. The controller can realized complex control arithmetic or function and is a new axis controller having high-precision, high-speed, multi-axis linkage and high-integration. I used the hi-performance DSP to realize multi-axis and hi-precision servo control.
