| 摘 要： | 目前ERP系统实施的成功率并不高,大多数实施方法论也都是站在软件公司或咨询机构的立场上.文章在对企业的ERP系统实施方法进行需求分析的基础上,结合实施经验,建立了一个企业ERP实施过程管理参考模型,分析了其实施主线,提出将过程管理、项目管理、变革管理、知识管理的思想和方法,一直贯穿着实施过程的始终.讨论了其各个阶段的具体实施步骤,为实施ERP系统的企业提供了良好的参考和有益的指导. |

| Abstract: | The rate of the current ERP project successful implementation is not high,at the same time most of methodologies of ERP project implementation are proposed from the view of software company or consulting company.Therefore based on the analysis of needs for enterprise's ERP implementation a reference model of ERP implement primarily guided by enterprise.Then the main implementation process is analyzed and the concrete steps are also dicussed. |
