摘    要:基于化工生产中净化过程的严重非线性、时间延迟、非参数模型等特性,使得采用常规的控制技术如PID,对pH值进行精密控制难以取得理想效果的特点,文章提出的模糊控制决策,在净化工艺流程中采用该控制方法可获得高效、稳定的控制效果.

Abstract:Based on characteristic of high nonlinearity, time delay, nonparameter model in the refine of chemieal process, it bring about no ideal effect for adopting conventional control technology such as P ID in precise control for pH control. In this paper, fuzzy control is put forward and is applied in refine process that could result in high efficient and stable control.
