摘    要:双丝双弧共熔池MIG焊系统中两个电弧之间的电磁干扰会引起焊接过程非常不稳定.解决方法是,两个弧焊电源提供给.两个电弧的电流为脉冲模式,且电源之间必须协同控制以使两个电弧的脉冲的相位相差180°.CAN总线是弧焊电源之间以及所有焊接设备之间的通信载体.提出了基于CAN总线的双丝双弧共熔池焊接系统的设计方案,介绍了通用的CAN接口电路,描述了电源之间协同控制的机理,最后介绍了触发信号的帧格式、优先级和传输时间.

Abstract:In a twin arc welding system with a common molten pool, the electromagnetic interference between two arcs causes serious instability in the welding process. The solution is that the lead and trail wires are both operated in pulse mode, with the pulse peak of the former occurring in the background of the latter by using two synchronized power sources. All of communications between two power sources as well as other welding equipments are based on the CAN bus. This paper proposes a design of twin-wire welding system based on CAN bus, and introduces a general module hardware schematic of CAN interface and an algorithm of synchronizing control. Finally, the frame, priority and transmission time of a trigger message are described.
