Industrial Maintenance Management Optimization Model

Maintenance management contributes more than ever to the achievement of enterprise goals and maintenance optimization as one of the critical technology for maintenance management improvement has been extensively studied. This article focuses on optimization of maintenance policy, spare parts inventory, and maintenance workforce, respectively. Maintenance policy optimization is divided into single unit system, which is classified into six categories, and multiunit system, consist of two main sorts. Then Ways to select policy are introduced before two optimization means for spare parts inventory is discussed. And finally the maintenance workforce optimization models are put forward as an review. It is pointed out that the integration of information technology and maintenance management is the future prospect of industrial maintenance management.
