加工中心自动交换工作台的两种定位和夹紧结构

摘    要:对于配置了可自动交换的多工位工作台的加工中心机床来说,定位与夹紧机构是一个重要部分,它影响机床的精度和可靠性。文章讨论两种用于自动交换的多工位工作台的定位和夹紧机构,一种是定位点与夹紧点分开,另一种是定位点与夹紧点重合的结构,并通过对两种结构的分析,说明定位点与夹紧点重合的结构更能适应目前机床行业的发展要求。

Abstract:To machining center equipping automatic change more worktable, orientational and clamped device are important,they can affect precision and reliability of the machining center. Discuss two kinds of orientational and clamped device about automatic change more worktable. One is that orientational location and clamped location are separate. One is that orientational location and clamped location are combinable. Through analysis and compare, the second one is the direction of machine tool development.
