摘    要:对钩形件的弯曲成形工艺进行了分析和计算 ,设计了钩形件的多工位级进模。该级进模有预弯、成形和切断等3个工位 ,预弯在切断棒料以前完成 ,导料和定位准确 ,弯曲过程中的接触摩擦已改变为滚动摩擦。实践证明 ,工件的表面质量好、尺寸精度较高 ,且操作方便、生产效率高

Abstract:The bending process for forming the hook part was analyzed and calculated,and a multi_position progressive die for the hook was designed.The die has three working positions of pre_bending,bending and cutting.Pre_bending is finished before cutting.The guiding and loˉcating of the stick material is accurate.And the gliding friction in the bending process was changed into rolling friction.Practices showed that the surface quality of the finished part is good and the dimension precision is high,the operation of the die is easy,and the production efficiency is great.
