基于正交法塑料支撑件注射工艺参数优化研究

摘    要:应用Moldflow有限元分析软件,针对支撑件产生缺陷的原因,合理设计模具的浇注系统和温度调节系统,以翘曲变形量作为质量指标,采用多因素正交法获得塑件在熔料温度、模具温度、保压压力、保压时间、注射时间五因素四水平下成型的翘曲变形量,采用方差分析比较了不同工艺参数对翘曲变形量的影响程度,得到了优化的工艺参数组合。

Abstract:The feeding system and temperature adjustment system of an injection mould for a support member were designed based on the FEA software Moldflow. The amount of warping deformation, a quality index of the product under molding conditions of melt temperature, mould temperature, packing pressure, pressure holding time and injection time was obtained by Taguchi method. The influence degree of various technological parameters on the amount of warping deformation was compared using ANOVA and an optimized parameter combination was achieved.
