基于CAE分析的底座注射模设计

摘    要:分析了塑料天线底座的结构特点,使用Moldflow软件对塑件的注射成型过程进行CAE模拟分析,确定了模具的浇注系统、冷却系统。在模拟分析的基础上运用Pro/E软件完成了模具设计。模具采用潜伏式浇口、提升装置的抽芯机构及合理的冷却系统,模具结构合理。

Abstract:The structural feature of a plastic antenna base was analyzed,and Moldflow,a kind of CAE simulation analysis software was used to analyze the injection molding process for the plastic part.On the basis of it,an injection mould was designed by using Pro/E software,and the runner system,cooling system,submarine gate and lifting mechanism for core-pulling were determined.
