摘    要:根据塑件的结构特点,设计了1副多向侧抽芯注射模,模具采用斜滑块侧抽芯装置,实现了多向及L形顺序侧抽芯功能,利用开合模运动完成了各向抽芯、延迟顶出、锁紧及侧型芯复位等动作,简化了模具结构,降低了成本。

Abstract:An injection mould with a multi-directional side core-pulling structure was developed according to the structural feature of the plastic part.The multi-directional L-shaped sequential side core-pulling function was implemented by an angled slide block side core-pulling mechanism.And with the opening and closing of the mould,various operations such as the core-pulling at each direction,the delayed ejection,the locking and resetting of side cores were completed.Thus the mould structure was simplified and the cost was lowered.
