| 摘 要： | 分析了塑料盖板的结构特点,使用Moldflow软件对塑件的注射成型过程进行了CAE分析,确定了模具的浇注系统、冷却系统。在模拟分析的基础上,运用Pro/E软件完成了模具设计。

| Abstract: | The structural feature of plastic cover plate was analyzed.Moldflow software was used to make CAE analysis on the injection forming procedure,then the feeding system and cooling system were determined.The mould was designed by applying Pro/E software based on simulation analysis. |
