电弧喷涂Zn-Al-Cu伪合金涂层形变强化效应研究

摘    要:研究了电弧喷涂制备的Zn-Al-Cu伪合金涂层性能,有限元法计算了电弧喷涂层的应力状态,X射线衍射方法分析了Zn-Al-Cu伪合金涂层的物相,并测量了涂层硬度。研究发现,喷涂过程中金属液滴的冲击强化,以及涂层温度场的作用,与基体接触的涂层表面呈现压应力状态;决定涂层硬度的重要原因是涂层在形成过程中的残留应力状态;涂层经过时效处理,硬化相的析出,没有提高涂层硬度,应力状态的变化,涂层硬度反而降低。

Abstract:A Zn-Al-Cu pseudo-alloy coating was prepared and the performance was studied. Finite element method was used to calculate the stress state of the arc spraying coating, the X-ray diffraction technique to analyze the phase of the Zn-AI-Cu pseudo-alloy coating, and the hardness of the coating was measured. Study result shows that the coating near the substrat is in a compressive stress state due to the droplets impact on the substrat and the coating temerature field. The residual stress state has a great influence on the coating hardness. After aging treatment, the coating hardening particles increase, which may increase the coating hardness; however, due to the changes of stress state, the coating hardness reduces instead.
