摘    要:分析了风筒壳后盖的结构特点,用Moldflow软件对塑件的注射成型过程进行了CAE模拟分析,确定了模具的浇注系统、冷却系统。在模拟分析的基础上运用UGNX4.0软件完成了模具设计。模具采用潜伏式浇口、斜导柱侧抽芯及斜顶抽芯机构及合理的冷却系统,模具结构设计合理。

Abstract:The structure characteristic of the casing cover of a hairdryer was analyzed.Moldflow-based CAE simulation was made on the injection molding process of the plastic part in order to determine the gating system and cooling system.A 2-plate injection mould with submarine gate,side core-pulling mechanism via angle pin,core-pulling mechanism by slant ejecting,and feasible cooling system was developed using UG NX4.0 software.
