MOLDFLOW在带嵌件塑件注射过程中的应用

针对带嵌件塑件用分析软件较难模拟问题,利用MOLDFLOW分析软件对冰箱搁物架注射过程进行模拟,重点优化塑件变形问题。分析过程中添加了玻璃模型,模拟出的塑件变形与实际接近,由于调整注射工艺无法解决塑件变形问题,需要通过对塑件变形边增加预变形量来解决。经实践验证,利用MOLDFLOW分析的预变形结果能够解决冰箱装配闪缝问题,从而避免了模具试模改动。

Application of MOLDFLOW in simulation of injection process for plastic part with insert

MOLDFLOW analysis software was applied to simulate the injection molding process of a fridge rack in which emphasis was put on optimizing the product deformation. A glass model was used in the analysis process and the simulation results are quite close to the true deformation. Through addition of predeformation amount on the deformation side of the rack instead of adjustment of injection parameters can deformation problem be solved. Application proved that MOLDFLOW analysis result can help to prevent assembly gap and diminish modification of mould after test rum.
