| Abstract: | A structure form of floating matrix core shaft has been adopted in the die for slitting the water pipe of the radiator.This structure is completely suitable for the stamping process for slitting or cutting pipe parts.The floating matrix core shaft is used to compensate for the clearance beˉtween the shaft and matrix,in order to eliminate product deformation. |
