摘    要:对高速冲压生产中端子细长针脚偏摆的形式进行了描述,分析了细长针脚偏摆产生的原因,指出压料不稳、冲裁间隙不均匀、刃口磨损、端子针脚截面变形以及端子针脚被压伤等直接导致了端子针脚偏摆。给出了防止端子针脚偏摆的解决方案,可为细长针脚端子类模具设计提供参考。

Abstract:The deflection form of the slim pin of connector terminals in the process of high-speed stamping was described. The causes that directly result in the deflection of slim pins were analyzed, which involves unsteady blank holding pressure, uneven blanking clearance, wearing of cutting edge, deformation of the sectional plane of pins, and compressional damage of pins. Then the solutions to prevent the deflection of the slim pins of terminals were proposed.
