筒形件缩口压平成形模设计

摘    要:采用可拆分拼块芯模作为内支承 ,对筒形件进行缩口压平 ,解决了同时需要内、外支承的高强度材料缩口后因为口径缩小而无法取出芯模的问题。利用实验与可胀分瓣芯模进行了比较 ,介绍了两者各自适用的环境

Abstract:A split core that can be disassembled was adopted as an inner support to make the neck of the canister_shaped part and press it flat. It solved the problem that the core can not be taken out because of the small neck diameter after the necking of the high_strength material that needs inner and outer support at the same time. A comparison was made through experiment between this core and the expandable sliced core. The respective application condition for each of them was introduced.
