钛合金挤压型材自阻电加热拉弯成形工装设计

摘    要:针对钛合金挤压型材电加热拉弯成形特点以及转台式数控拉弯机自身结构特点,进行合理的工装设计,并介绍型材加热系统、拉弯模具、保温系统及冷却系统等,为钛合金挤压型材类零件的电加热拉弯成形工艺提供参考。

Abstract:The tooling design was carried out according to the characteristic of stretch bend?ing forming by electrical heating for titanium alloy extrusion profiles and the structural char?acteristic of CNC turntable stretch bender. The profile heating system, bending die, holding furnace system and cooling system were stated.
