| 摘 要： | 以一款手机的USB塞双色注射成型为例,分析了USB塞双色注射模的结构、工作过程和设计要点,详细介绍了弯销侧抽芯结构的设计。弯销侧抽芯结构克服了采用斜导柱侧抽芯压伤塑件的问题,取得了良好的实际应用效果。

| Abstract: | Take the USB stopple of a plastic mobile phone part as example,the principle of injection molding for bi-color plastic was introduced.The structure,operation principle and design point of the injection mould for the bi-color USB stopple were analyzed.The design of a side core-pulling by angular cam mechanism was also presented in detail.The mecha nism can avoid the damage of part caused by side core-pulling by angle pin mechanism. |
