| Abstract: | Through the study and analysis of the regular heat_treatment process of the 3Cr2W8 aluminum die_casting die, to improve the process by NQN compound reinforcement was put forward. Based on the actual production, integrating the chemical heat treatment and the regular heat treatment, the service life of the die_casting die is extended, the production cycle shortened and the production cost lowered. |
