摘    要:介绍了在有限元模拟基础上进行的汽车覆盖件模具设计 ,利用商业化软件AutoForm实现了模具压料面、工艺补充面以及拉伸筋设计和覆盖件成形过程模拟。改变了传统的在有限元模拟后依靠CAD软件进行频繁模具改进的方法 ,在有限元软件内部实现了模具的参数化设计 ,既缩短了模具设计时间 ,又提高了模具设计可靠性

Abstract:The design of the dies for the auto body metal sheet parts based on finite element simulation was introduced. The simulations of the design of the pressing surface, technological supplementing surface and drawing rib of the die and the forming process of the metal sheet part were realized with the commercialized software AutoForm, which changed the traditional method that needs frequent improvements in the die with a CAD software after finite element simulation. Parameterized design of the die was realized in the finite element software, which shortened the die designing time and increased the reliability of the design.
