| 摘 要： | 介绍了自动弯管装置的结构与工作过程,弯管装置采用与三相异步电动机一体的蜗轮减速器提供动力,用齿轮组进一步传动减速和提高输出转矩,使用限位开关对弯管过程以及弯曲角度进行控制。该装置结构简单、实用,易于操作。产品合格率提高15%,生产效率提高50%以上,为企业带来了显著的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The structure of an automatic pipe-bending device and the working process were presented. The worm reduction gear combined with three-phase asynchronous motor was applied to supply power, the gear set to further reduce speed and increase output torque, and the limit switch to control the pipe-bending process and bending angle. The product yield and productivity increases by 15% and over 50%, respectively. |
