等径角挤压模设计

摘    要:介绍了等径角挤压工艺原理,进行了等径角挤压时挤压力计算和凸模、相关配套零件及挤压模的设计。利用该模具成功制备出了平均晶粒尺寸为1.5μm的超细晶粒纯铜柱状材料,经实验分析,所获得超细晶粒纯铜的许多力学性能指标均得到了提高,抗拉强度从原来的235MPa提高到420MPa,硬度从114HV提高到184.3HV,延伸率由原来的45%降低到19%。

Abstract:The principle of equal channel angular pressing process was described.Then the extrusion pressure was calculated.An extrusion die was designed,including the punch and related components.The use of the die successfully produced superfine grain columnar material with average grain size as 1.5μm.The experimental analysis shows that many mechanical property indexes of the superfine grain pure copper obtained are improved.The tensile strength,for example,is increased from 235MPa to 420MPa;the hardness from 114HV to 184.3HV;and the elongation percentage is decreased from 45% to 19%.
