滴注式甲酰氨低温碳氮共渗在铝挤压模生产上的应用

摘    要:研究了一种滴注式甲酰氨低温碳氮共渗热处理工艺,论述了经低温碳氮共渗热处理后4Cr5Mo SiV1钢热挤压模的使用效果,介绍了低温碳氮共渗相变状态图及相变过程、低温碳氮共渗工艺、操作过程及质量检验控制等。此低温碳氮共渗工艺可以获得厚9~9.9μm的氮化层ε相,完全能满足铝挤压产品对模具性能的要求,取得良好的经济效益。

Abstract:A practical heat treatment process of drip feed nitrocarburizing with formamide material was studied. The application effect of the treated 4CrSMoSiV1 steel in hot extru sion die was discussed. The phase transition state diagram and procedure, and the process of nitrocarburizing, the operation process and quality inspection control were presented.
