| 摘 要： | 分析了圆形笔筒塑件结构及成型工艺,介绍了分型面的选择及浇注系统设计,重点阐述了圆形笔筒注射模结构设计。模具采用1模2腔结构、点浇口进料以及斜导柱侧向抽芯机构,成型出的塑件满足质量要求。

| Abstract: | Analysis was made on the structure and moulding process of a cylinder pencil cup. The select of parting surface and design of gating system were presented, in paxticu- lax the mould structure design. The mould is characteristic of two cavities, pin point gate for feeding and side core-pulling mechanism by angle pin. |
