| 摘 要： | 以汽车轮罩装饰件为载体,阐述了如何借助Moldlfow软件高效精准地找到改善熔接线质量的解决方案。经Moldflow软件分析发现,当浇口位置和数量有所限制时,优化料厚的分布状况可以很好的改善熔接线质量状况。

| Abstract: | Study was made on how to use Moldflow software to efficiently and precisely find the solution of improving the quality of weld lines in forming the automobile wheel cowling decoration part. It was discovered through Moldflow analysis that when the gate lo- cation and quantity were limited, the optimization of distribution of material thickness can well improve the quality status of weld lines. |
