摘    要:介绍了1副24腔齿轮传动旋转脱螺纹注射模,并以带内螺纹的PP瓶盖为例,阐述了齿轮传动旋转脱螺纹机构的工作过程及模具结构。模具设计的关键在于24腔旋转脱螺纹动作的一致性以及位于制品内部的浇口设计,并确保瓶盖外表面美观。实践表明,该模具动作准确、可靠。

Abstract:An injection mould that can shape 24 pieces of PP bottle cap with internal thread at one time was stated,in which the gear-driven mechanism was used to unscrew the component.The working procedure of the gear-driven mechanism and the mould structure were described.The key design points lie on the simultaneous unscrewing action of the 24 pieces,and the sprue gate inside the bottle cap.The mould operates accurately and reliably and makes good quality of products.
