摘    要:在对电机铁芯多工位级进模结构及成形工序分析的基础上,从零件结构、工艺要求、排样类型、设备因素、模具结构以及客户的特殊要求6个方面,总结了影响该类零件排样设计的因素,对类似零件的排样设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:The structure and process of some typical progressive dies for the stator and rotor core of motors were analyzed.The influencing factors on the layout design were summarized in six aspects,including the part structure,process requirements,the type of layout,equipment elements,the die structure and special requirements of customers.
