| 摘 要： | 从卓越工程师培养的目的和要求出发,结合模具专业特点,对该专业人才培养模式改革进行了阐述,包括人才培养目标、培养模式、教学内容改革、教学管理体制和校企合作机制。通过这种培养模式,可强化学生的工程能力和创新能力。

| Abstract: | Considering the goal and requirement of excellent engineer training and combin ing the characteristic of die and mould specialty,the reform of the professional training pat tern was stated from aspects of professional training goal,training mode,teaching content,teaching management system,school-enterprise cooperation mechanism.The engineering and innovating abilities of students were strengthened by the reform. |
