摘    要:在液压—机械拉深模具及工艺试验和分析的基础上,找出其存在的问题,即拉深初期产生不利于拉深的正胀形,拉深过程中凸模与板料间产生不利于拉深的润滑,压边间隙不固定,并对模具及工艺进行成功改进,利用改进的模具及工艺,试验获得了拉深比高达2.63的筒形件,为液压拉深的推广应用提供有益的指导。

Abstract:Improvement was made on a hydro-mechanical drawing die and the drawing process based on technological test and analysis on the problems of forward bulging in the early stage,lubrication between punch and metal sheets,and unfixed blank holder gap in the drawing process.A cylindrical component with 2.63 of drawing ratio was obtained with the new die and technique.
