摘    要:HXD2型机车起吊环锻件试制时采用自由锻工艺,锻件性能和加工周期不能满足企业要求,通过对自由锻成形过程中出现的问题进行总结和分析,结合锻件的加工特点和锻造变形对锻件性能的影响,并根据企业现有的生产条件,将自由锻工艺改为模锻工艺。经生产验证,在25 000 kN的高能螺旋压力机上进行模锻,成形的锻件符合技术要求,保证了锻件质量,达到节省工时和节约能源的目的。

Abstract:The free forging process was used in trial production of lifting ring forgings in the primary suspension assembly of HXD2 locomotive bogie assembly. The forging performance and processing period could not meet the product requirements. Based on the summary and analysis of the problems in the free forging process, combined with the processing characteristics of forgings and the influence of forging deformation on the product performance, the free forging process was changed to die forging process according to the existing production conditions of the enterprise. Through the production verification, the die forging was carried out on a 25 000 kN high-energy screw press, and the formed forging met the technical requirements, which ensured the product quality and achieved the purpose of saving working hours and energy.
