摘    要:分析了汽车零件安装支架的制造工艺及特性,论述了插销式先复位斜楔机构进行翻边的结构特点和工作原理,通过控制斜楔上滑块Z方向的往复运动,实现斜楔下滑块X方向的往复运动,带动成形凸模实现工作位置与退回位置的切换,解决了取件困难及零件间干涉的问题,也解决了安装支架U形翻边出现负角导致成形难度大的问题。模具结构紧凑、操作方便,保证了零件的成形质量,采用插销式先复位的结构简化零件成形工序,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:The manufacture process and characteristics of an installing bracket of the automobile part were analyzed, the structural characteristics of a first reset plug-in wedge mechanism and its flanging principle were discussed. By controlling the reciprocating motion of the upper wedge slider on the Z-direction to realize the reciprocating motion of the lower wedge slider on the X-direction, and the punch was driven between the retracted position and the working position. It solved the problem that the part was hard to take out and even interference, also solved the problem that the forming of the installing bracket was difficult due to the negative angle occurred in the U-shaped flanging. The die structure was compact and the operation was convenient, which ensured the forming quality of the parts.
