摘    要:对一电源盒上盖注射成型进行充模流动和冷却分析,根据分析结果对电源盒上盖注射模的浇注系统和冷却系统进行优化设计,同时验证在合适的注射压力、注射时间、保压压力、保压时间、冷却时间等工艺条件下注射出合格塑件,满足质量要求。

Abstract:The feeding and cooling system of an injection mould for the upper cover of a power supply box was optimized based on analysis on the filling flow and cooling process. The qualified products can be obtained with proper parameters as follows: 75 MPa of injection pressure, is of injection time, 65 MPa of packing pressure, and 10 s of cooling time, etc.
