| 摘 要： | 主要针对PZ900高温平板闸阀阀体试压渗漏的问题,利用铸造工艺理论和金属凝固原理,结合计算机辅助设计,对阀体的铸造工艺进行了分析,找到了产生缺陷的根本原因,解决了该件的渗漏问题.

| Abstract: | Mainly directing against leaking of PZ900 high temperature flat valve body with hydraulic pressure, utilizing foundry technology theory and metal solidification principle,combineing computer aided design,analyzed casting process and found out the defect causation, the leaking defect resolved. |
