超声波搅拌对SiCp/ZL105复合材料制备的影响

摘    要:采用超声波搅拌法制备SiCp/ZL105复合材料,研究了超声波导入时熔体的温度、搅拌时间和超声波输出功率对SiCp/ZL105复合材料基体的微观组织及SiC颗粒分散性的影响.结果表明,随着导入超声波输出功率的增大、搅拌时间的延长,ZL105合金的共晶体形貌由针状逐渐转变为细小的球状,SiC颗粒分散开并逐渐趋于均匀;超声波处理熔体的温度控制在600℃°左右时,可以获得最佳的效果,共晶体形貌呈细小的球状颗粒,SiC颗粒分散均匀.

Abstract:SiCp/ZL105 composites have been prepared by ultrasonic stirring treatment.The effect of starting temperature of ultrasonic application,application time of ultrasonic stirring and output power of ultrasonic on microstructure of ZL105 alloy and distribution of SiC particles on matrix metal have been investigated.The results revealed that the eutectic microstructure of ZL105 alloy tends to be finer spherical particle from acicular and SiC particles tend to distribute evenly with the increasing of output power ...
