摘    要:本文介绍了年产60 000 t重型机床件铸造车间的车间设计,该车间最大天车起重量160 t,最大件质量110 t,采用中频感应电炉熔炼和呋喃树脂砂造型工艺。铸造车间工艺复杂,运输量大,能耗高,对环境影响因素也较多,故进行新建铸造车间设计时必须充分考虑项目对环境的影响,并在安全生产的前提下,保证工艺的最优,降低能耗。

Abstract:A newly built foundry workshop has been introduced with an annual output 60 000 t heavy machine tool castings with the ultimate one up to 110 t and with technology of medium frequency induction furnace melting and furan resin banded sand molding. The influence of the project on the environment and guarantee of an optimal technology with lower energy consumption under the condition of safe produetion have been all given full eonsideration during the period of design.
