先进粉末高温合金相分析技术研究

摘    要:采用物理化学恒电流电解装置和抽滤洗涤装置将先进高温结构材料FGH96中γ’相萃取分离,利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微和能谱等分析技术,以及化学成分分析方法,对萃取相的组成、类型、形状、粒度大小及晶体结构等进行分析。结果表明适用于粉末高温冶金的理解提取分离第二相的条件是:电解液(1%(NH4)2SO4+2%酒石酸+5%乙二醇),电流密度0.03 A/cm2,电解温度-5~0℃,电解时间30 min;萃取粉末物理定性XRD分析采用CuKα辐射(40 kV,40 mA),狭缝规格1.0 mm×1.0 mm×0.6 mm,扫描范围10°~90°,步长0.02°;ICP法适用于进行萃取第二相粉末元素含量的分析。

Abstract:The γ' phase in the advanced powder superalloy FGH96 was extracted with a physical chemistry constant current electrolytic device and a filtration washing device. The composition, type, morphology, size and crystal structure of the extracted phase were studied by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the suitable conditions of the secondary phase extraction for powder superalloy are electrolyte of 1% ( NH4 )2SO4 + 2% tartaric acid + 5% glycol, current density of 0. 03 A /cm2, electrolysis temperature of - 5 - 0 ℃ and electrolysis time of 30 minutes. The qualitative XRD analysis parameters for extracted powder are Cu Ka radiation of 40kV and 40mA, slit size of 1.0 mm x 1.0 mm x 0.6 mm, scanning range of 10°- 90° and step of 0.02°. ICP method is suitable for analyzing the element content of extracted secondary phase powder.
