锁制器开锁力异常原因分析与改进

摘    要:无人机发射导弹时出现开锁力异常增大的现象,从发射指令发出到导弹离轨,导弹在轨时间远远超过正常的离轨时间,分析主要原因是开锁力异常增大,导致导弹推力增加到开锁力值的时间变长,外在表现出导弹在轨时间过长,对导弹的射程影响较大,甚至导致导弹发射失败。为解决此问题,提出修正的开锁力计算数学模型,设计试验方案并复现开锁力异常增大的原因:前挡件配合面的摩擦系数发生变化。针对该问题提出消减摩擦力的改进措施,验证试验取得理想结果,并对该型锁制器开锁力的认识达到新的高度。

Abstract:An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) launch missile from send a dictate to missile depart from orbit, a phenomenon appears: the missile persists on the orbit for too long time. This paper analyses the cause is abnormal increase of unlock force. Because the time of the missile thrust increases to unlock force is lengthened. So the missile persists on orbit is too long time. This affects the cannon-shot of the missile. The more severity instance induces launching failure indeed. It issues one amendatory mathematics model of unlock force and designs a test scheme to show the fault: the changed friction coefficient. In the end, it educes the pertinency improving measure and acquires the ideal result. It brings us to a new altitude on understanding the detent unlock force.
