烧结NdFeB永磁体的热浸镀铝工艺研究

摘    要:对比多种提高NdFeB永磁体抗氧化性的方法,提出将热浸镀铝技术应用于NdFeB永磁体的防护。通过对镀层结构、镀层与基体的结合力及镀层相进行分析,结果表明:在NdFeB永磁体表面热浸镀铝,镀层与基体之间可形成良好的冶金结合,从本质上提高了镀层的结合强度;同时,通过对热浸镀铝NdFeB的抗氧化性进行分析,表明铝镀层在氧化环境中不仅能起到阳极保护作用,还可形成钝化膜,实现了对基体的双重保护。

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of present techniques for improving the oxidation resistance of NdFeB permanent magnet were analyzed.A hot-dip aluminizing technique for NdFeB permanent magnet was put forward.The structure and composition of the coating and the cohesion between the coating and the matrix were investigated.The results indicate that superior metallurgical cohesion can be obtained between the aluminum coating and the NdFeB matrix,so the cohesion strength can essentially improved.In addition,th...
