| 摘 要： | 介绍了在大型钢锭凝固过程A偏析的形成机理及影响因素方面的研究成果。A偏析是由合金凝固过程中局部区域内溶质富集所形成的一种通道型宏观偏析,由枝晶间富集溶质流动所引起,主要受凝固条件、合金成分及凝固组织等因素的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the research findings in the formation mechanisms and influencing factors of A-segregation in heavy ingots during solidification.A-segregation is a channel-type macrosegregation formed during alloy solidification,and it is the result of the movement of gathering solute along the interdendritic channels.It is mainly affected by solidification conditions,alloy composition and solidification structure and other factors. |
