汽轮机零部件用12%Cr钢粗晶细化热处理工艺研究

摘    要:对一种汽轮机零部件用12%Cr型耐热钢粗晶方钢进行了粗晶细化热处理工艺研究,用试验电炉对粗晶方钢分别进行了1 040℃×4 h退火、1 040℃×2 h退火、1 040℃×4 h正火、1 040℃×2 h正火热处理,并检查了金相组织和晶粒度。结果表明,该钢经过上述热处理后,晶粒度得到明显的细化,宏观粗晶可转变成4级以上水平。其中,1 040℃×4 h退火的热处理工艺最佳,宏观粗晶可转变成6级。

Abstract:The heat treatment process for coarse grain refining of 12%Cr heat resisting coarse grain square steel used for steam turbine component has been reseached .1 040℃×4 h annealing , 1 040℃×2 h annealing , 1 040℃× 4 h normalizing and 1 040℃×2 h normalizing have been performed for coarse grain square steel in testing electric fur-nace.The results show that After the heat treatment , the grain size of the steel can be refined obviously , and the mac-roscopic coarse grain size can be changed into level 4 and above .1 040℃×4 h annealing is the best heat treatment process, and the macroscopic coarse grain size can be changed into level 6.
